At Mr Ainak, we aim to deliver your eyewear quickly, safely, and reliably—no matter where you are in Pakistan.

1. Shipping Charges

• Free Nationwide Delivery on all orders.

• No hidden fees or extra courier charges.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by location:

• Major Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Cities / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

• Peak Seasons / Sale Days: 1–2 day delays may occur

3. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

• Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next day.

• Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

• You can track your parcel through the courier company’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Courier riders attempt delivery twice.

• If unreachable, the order may be returned to us.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide.

• Please keep the payment amount ready when receiving the package.

7. Damaged/Opened Parcels

If you receive a parcel that looks tampered with or damaged:

• Do NOT accept it.

• Report immediately to our team with pictures.

We will send a free replacement.
