 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, our easy return and exchange process has you covered.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • The packaging, tags, lens film, and accessories are intact

  • A wrong item, defective item, or damaged product was delivered

Note:
Products that show signs of use, scratches, lens smudges, bent frames, or missing accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased on sale, discounts, or promotion

  • Blue light lenses added on request

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance items

  • Orders after 7 days of delivery

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, email, or website chat.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images.

  3. Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.

  4. Send the product back to our warehouse via courier.
    (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrect.)

  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or store credit.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for unused products.

  • You can exchange for:

    • A different color

    • A different model

    • A different size

  • Price differences must be settled by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

  • We currently offer store credit or product exchange only.

  • Refunds are only issued for:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Defective or damaged items

    • Out-of-stock items for prepaid customers

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, broken, or wrong product:

  • Report within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Send clear photos or video proof

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

7. Processing Time

  • Return/Exchange approval: 24–48 hours

  • Quality inspection after receiving return: 2–3 business days

  • Exchange delivery: 3–5 days after approval

8. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure:

  • The product is packed carefully to avoid damage during return transit.

  • All items are included exactly as received.

Mr Ainak reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
